GP Solutions’
commitment to your success lasts for the life of your management system. In conjunction with training and implementation service, our annual support and maintenance agreement provides unlimited technical personnel support, GP MaTesoftware updates, and an active GP MaTe user community.

United States support is located in the central time zone and is manned from 7:30AM to 5:PM  M-F.  1-800-477-4968.

Emergency 24 Hour Support is available at the same number.  You will be given instructions when you call outside of our office hours on how to reach us.  Our response time is guaranteed in 1-2 hours but is normally no longer than 15 minutes.
